   Brand new to pro sports, TruStar Sports is built on a market-based concept relying on empowered fans to help decide major rules and player salaries!
   Through TruStar Sports, the fans are now just as important as the owners and the players themselves who provide fair market compensation to players. Instead of players being paid by the team
they play for, they’re each paid “an equal base salary, a team standings bonus and an end of the season performance bonus” that’s determined by active fan participation. It’s the fans that now determine how much performance bonus each and every player should get!
   Because of TruStar Sports , there are no more individual player contracts, unbalanced competition or lack of respect.from players or owners!


  Through ,TruStar Sports and free market, or "market based pro sports",
                   all of pro sports current problems are resolved including:

fair player compensation   -    Players are now paid there true market value
                  at the end of the season according to their performance, not their potential

competitive balance  -   Now there is a true level playing field in each league.
                   Each team of each league now has an equal chance to field a competitive team
                   that’s not based on the revenues that they generate.

fan participation  -   Now the fans are involved and through them players are paid for their true                   market value and respect is reintroduced. Players now play their best all the time and kowtow                   to coaches and managers on the field as well as to their viewing public off of the field.

Brand new teams and leagues built around the new concept of market based pro sports.Alternative stand alone leagues that play during the same season but are not meant to replace or compete against exisitng leagues.

Pay Players for Performance, Not Potential
TruStar Sports players are not paid from the teams that they play for, but from a common league fund.  After equal base salaries to every player and a team standings bonus,"fans decide" an end-of-season performance bonus for a players success both on and off the field.
